General Warranty Terms

• Original Purchaser Only
  This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser.

• Limited Remedy
  At STEPR’s discretion, defective products will be repaired or replaced using new or refurbished components.

• Pre-Authorization Required
  All warranty service must be authorized by STEPR prior to repair. Unauthorized repairs may void coverage.

• Service Charges
  Replacement parts may incur a handling or shipping fee. In-home service visits may include a trip charge. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Exclusions (What Is Not Covered)

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal Wear & Tear
  Including belts, batteries, grips, rubber or plastic components, paint, and finishes.

• Improper Assembly or Installation
  Damage resulting from failure to follow STEPR assembly instructions.

• Unauthorized Modifications
  Alterations or use of non-STEPR components.

• Misuse or Abuse
  Including impact damage, exposure to water, extreme environmental conditions, or use outside intended environments.

• Lack of Maintenance
  Failure to follow STEPR’s recommended maintenance schedule.

• Improper Storage
  Including damp, corrosive, or unsuitable environments.

• Unauthorized Commercial or Rental Use
  Unless explicitly covered under a commercial warranty.

• Third-Party Repairs
  Any service performed by non-authorized providers.

• Transportation Damage After Delivery

• Cosmetic Damage
  Scratches, dents, or chips that do not affect performance.

• Non-OEM Replacement Parts

• Acts of God
  Including fire, flood, earthquake, lightning, or other natural disasters.

• Serial Number Removal or Alteration

• Failure to Register the Product (where applicable)

• Use Outside the United States

Do I need a membership or subscription?

No. There is no membership or subscription required to use the STEPR or access its training features. All on-demand classes, scenic workouts, and integrated fitness content are included.

Please note: Separate subscriptions may be required for third-party entertainment apps such as Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime Video.

What delivery options are available?

Delivery options are selectable at checkout and include:

Curbside Drop-Off
Your STEPR will be delivered to the curb outside your home. No assistance with moving the unit indoors or assembly is provided. We recommend having help available to move the equipment inside.

Threshold / Front-Door Delivery
Your unit will be delivered to the garage or first accessible area inside your home’s entrance. Assembly is not included. If your entryway includes stairs, we recommend upgrading to White Glove service.

Premium White Glove Service
Enjoy full-service delivery to your room of choice, including up to two flights of stairs, professional unpacking, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials. Delivery and assembly may be scheduled separately to ensure optimal service quality.

What warranty is included with the STEPR XL?

The STEPR XL+ and STEPR XL Classic include a comprehensive home or commercial-use warranty, featuring:

• 10-Year Frame Warranty

• 5-Year Parts Warranty (Home Use) or 3-Year Parts Warranty (Commercial Use)

• 2-Year Labor Warranty

For added peace of mind, STEPR Protection Plans allow you to extend coverage to 3, 4, or 5 years, including accidental damage and wear-and-tear protection from day one.

1. Return Eligibility

Standard STEPR Models
Standard models are eligible for return in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

2. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

3. Fees

• Cancellation Fee: 3% of the order total (applies to all cancelled orders).

• Restocking Fee: 10% of the product price (applies to approved returns).

• Freight Costs: Original and return shipping/freight charges are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following requirements:

• Condition: Product must be undamaged, unused, and not misused.

• Resale Quality: Item must be in resalable condition.

• Packaging: Must be returned in original packaging, properly secured to prevent damage during transit.

• Proof of Purchase: A valid original receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Return Authorization: You must contact us and receive return authorization before sending any items back.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be subject to reduced refunds or denial.

5. How to Initiate a Return

   Return the product to the original dispatch location provided in your authorization instructions.

4. Inspection & Refund Processing
   Once received, the item will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow adequate processing time.

6. Cancellations

Before Shipment Scheduling
Orders may be cancelled any time prior to being scheduled for shipment. A 3% cancellation fee applies.

After Shipment Processing
Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.

Partial Cancellations
Partial order cancellations are not permitted. Orders must be cancelled in full.
