A more accessible approach to hyperbaric oxygen therapy, the OxyRevo Heal50 is a lightweight wheelchair-accessible soft hyperbaric chamber offering adjustable pressures up to 1.5 ATA in a comfortable seated configuration.

OxyRevo Heal50 Wheelchair-Accessible Hyperbaric Chamber – Up to 1.5 ATA

The OxyRevo Heal50 is a soft-sided, seated hyperbaric chamber designed to make hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) more accessible for wheelchair users and individuals who prefer a seated treatment environment. With a wide entrance, integrated access ramp, and spacious seated interior, the Heal50 allows a wheelchair or standard chair to roll directly into the chamber.

Working pressure can be adjusted between 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, and 1.5 ATA, providing flexibility for different HBOT protocols and user preferences. At just 25 kg (55 lbs) including the chamber and frame, the Heal50 is also designed for convenient mobility between rooms or treatment spaces.

Wheelchair-Accessible Hyperbaric Design

Accessibility is at the core of the Heal50's design. The integrated ramp, wide entryway, and seated configuration eliminate the need to transfer into a traditional horizontal chamber, making the system particularly suited to wheelchair users and seated HBOT applications.

The same design can accommodate a standard chair, giving clinics, wellness facilities, rehabilitation environments, and private users greater flexibility in how the chamber is configured.

Adjustable Hyperbaric Pressure up to 1.5 ATA

The Heal50 offers four selectable working pressures:

1.2 ATA
1.3 ATA
1.4 ATA
1.5 ATA

This adjustable pressure range allows the chamber to be configured according to the applicable HBOT protocol and professional guidance.

Soft, Durable Construction

The Heal50 is constructed using custom 5-ply polyurethane (PU) material with heat-welded, food-grade silicone seams. Curved dual YKK leak-resistant zippers are engineered to require significantly less effort to operate than conventional straight zipper designs.

OxyRevo's custom valves and laser-etched component labels complete the chamber's purpose-built construction.

Oxygen Delivery and Open, Comfortable Interior

The Heal50 includes a 10 L/min oxygen concentrator capable of delivering approximately 95–97% oxygen purity, with optional configurations supporting higher oxygen flow rates of 15 or 20 L/min.

Four large, double-layered windows allow natural light into the chamber while creating a more open, comfortable environment during sessions.

Integrated Pressure Monitoring and Air Management

The chamber features dual aviation-grade pressure gauges, positioned inside and outside the chamber for convenient pressure monitoring. An emergency deflation valve and quiet pressure-relief valves are incorporated into the system for straightforward pressure management during operation.

Customize Your OxyRevo Heal50

Configure the Heal50 to suit your preferred environment and comfort requirements with a selection of optional upgrades.

Every chamber includes a standard air cooler and dehumidifier. For enhanced temperature management, particularly during warmer conditions or extended sessions, the Water Chiller AC Unit provides active cooling.

Choose the AC-Ready configuration if you want the flexibility to add the water chiller system at a later time.

Additional options include:

Red Light Therapy
Anti-static mat
Water Chiller AC Unit
AC-Ready configuration
Custom chamber colours

The standard cover is available in nine colours: grey, black, dark blue, red, light blue, pink, green, purple, and gold, with custom colours available upon request.

Features

Exclusive Curved Zipper System
Oxyrevo’s signature curved zipper design uses a gravity-assisted structure that separates the zipper from the sealing strip, reducing friction and making entry and exit noticeably smoother. This ultra-smooth system is exclusive to Oxyrevo and enhances both ease of use and long-term durability.

Durable Laser-Printed Labels (No Paper Stickers)
Instead of low-quality paper stickers that peel or fade over time, every Oxyrevo valve is labeled using UV laser printing technology. The result is crisp, long-lasting markings that look premium and ensure quick, convenient operation.

Ultra-Quiet Pressure Relief Valves
Traditional chambers can be noisy, especially when trying to relax or sleep. Oxyrevo’s redesigned automatic pressure relief valves distribute airflow evenly, dramatically lowering noise levels and creating a calm, peaceful HBOT environment.

Heat-Welded Construction — No Glue, No Stitching
Many chambers rely on glue—which can produce unpleasant odors—or stitching, which weakens over time. Oxyrevo uses high-frequency heat-welding technology for all seams, delivering a non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and exceptionally durable build.

Adjustable 1.2–1.5 ATA Pressure Settings
To help new users adjust comfortably, Oxyrevo’s exclusive pressure conversion system allows you to select 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, or 1.5 ATA with a single touch. This gradual pressure control feature is unique to Oxyrevo, making your sessions more adaptable and comfortable.

Dual Pressure Display (Inside & Outside)
Many chambers only show pressure from the outside, which can lead to confusion or improper adjustments. Oxyrevo integrates two high-precision aviation-grade pressure gauges—one inside and one outside—ensuring consistent, accurate readings at all times for safer operation.

Safety & Comfort Features

Large Multi-Layer Viewing Windows
Seven double-layer heated windows positioned across the top, sides, and foot of the chamber offer brighter visibility, reducing the feeling of confinement and creating a more open, comfortable environment.

Curved Zipper with Medical-Grade Seal
The curved zipper pairs with a custom medical-grade silicone seal, ensuring smooth operation and a secure, airtight closure.

Dual Pressure Gauges
Two gauges—one inside and one outside—allow you to monitor chamber pressure from either position quickly and confidently.

Emergency Release Valve
For added peace of mind, an emergency valve allows the chamber to be depressurized and exited in approximately 30 seconds if needed.

Slow-Rebound Support Mattress
The included high-density slow-rebound mattress offers superior support and comfort, preventing pressure points and enhancing relaxation throughout your session.
