General Warranty Terms

• Original Purchaser Only
  This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser.

• Limited Remedy
  At STEPR’s discretion, defective products will be repaired or replaced using new or refurbished components.

• Pre-Authorization Required
  All warranty service must be authorized by STEPR prior to repair. Unauthorized repairs may void coverage.

• Service Charges
  Replacement parts may incur a handling or shipping fee. In-home service visits may include a trip charge. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Exclusions (What Is Not Covered)

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal Wear & Tear
  Including belts, batteries, grips, rubber or plastic components, paint, and finishes.

• Improper Assembly or Installation
  Damage resulting from failure to follow STEPR assembly instructions.

• Unauthorized Modifications
  Alterations or use of non-STEPR components.

• Misuse or Abuse
  Including impact damage, exposure to water, extreme environmental conditions, or use outside intended environments.

• Lack of Maintenance
  Failure to follow STEPR’s recommended maintenance schedule.

• Improper Storage
  Including damp, corrosive, or unsuitable environments.

• Unauthorized Commercial or Rental Use
  Unless explicitly covered under a commercial warranty.

• Third-Party Repairs
  Any service performed by non-authorized providers.

• Transportation Damage After Delivery

• Cosmetic Damage

• Non-OEM Replacement Parts

• Acts of God

How many calories can I burn on STEPR?

Stair climbing is one of the most effective calorie-burning workouts available. According to the 2011 Compendium of Physical Activities, stair climbing expends approximately 9.0 METs, compared to about 3.3 METs for walking at a comfortable pace.

You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

3. Fees

• Cancellation Fee: 3% of the order total (applies to all cancelled orders).

• Restocking Fee: 10% of the product price (applies to approved returns).

• Freight Costs: Original and return shipping/freight charges are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following requirements:

• Condition: Product must be undamaged, unused, and not misused.

• Resale Quality: Item must be in resalable condition.
