Do I need a membership or subscription?

No. There is no membership or subscription required to use the STEPR+, including access to all on-demand classes, scenic workouts, and built-in streaming features.
Please note: Separate subscriptions are required for third-party entertainment apps such as Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video.

 

What delivery options are available?

Delivery options can be selected at checkout:

Curbside Delivery
Your STEPR will be delivered to the curb outside your home. No assembly or inside placement is included. Assistance is recommended to move the unit indoors.

Threshold / Front-Door Delivery
Your STEPR will be delivered to your garage or the first accessible area inside your home. Assembly is not included. If stairs are involved, we recommend upgrading to Room Selection or White Glove service.

Premium White Glove Delivery
Includes delivery to your room of choice (up to two flights of stairs), professional unpacking and assembly, and removal of all packaging. Delivery and assembly may be scheduled separately to ensure optimal service.

General Warranty Terms

• Original Purchaser Only
  This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser.

  At STEPR’s discretion, defective products will be repaired or replaced using new or refurbished components.

• Pre-Authorization Required
  All warranty service must be authorized by STEPR prior to repair. Unauthorized repairs may void coverage.

• Service Charges
  Replacement parts may incur a handling or shipping fee. In-home service visits may include a trip charge. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
