Flat Rate Tub Package Freight: $695 flat rate shipping to the contiguous United States. $895 for Canada. A chiller ships for free when shipping together. On rare occasions, remote or complex delivery areas may not qualify for these rates.

About This Delivery: The weight and packaging of this handcrafted tub require delivery by special appointment. It arrives on a wooden pallet encased in wood for solid protection. The driver is responsible for “curbside delivery only” and will lower the item to ground level. Prior to shipping this product, we often contact customers to share shipment details and discuss any extenuating delivery circumstances that may complicate or cause additional delivery expenses. Our goal is to ensure your project’s success.

Due to the size and handcrafted nature of our sauna rooms, all sales are final and not eligible for return.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, we will work closely with you to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible. When feasible, replacement parts will be provided to avoid the need to return the entire room.

If all reasonable solutions have been exhausted and a return is deemed the only viable option, the request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by our supplier. Approved returns may be subject to restocking, freight, or handling fees.
