Delivery Details

Due to the size, weight, and handcrafted nature of this sauna, delivery is arranged by freight carrier via special appointment and shipped on a wooden pallet. Delivery is curbside only, meaning the carrier will lower the shipment to ground level at the delivery address.Prior to shipment, we may contact you to confirm delivery details and review any site-specific considerations that could impact access or result in additional delivery costs. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and successful delivery experience.

Due to the size and handcrafted nature of our sauna rooms, all room sales are final and not eligible for return.

If all reasonable solutions have been exhausted and a return is deemed the only viable option, the request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by our supplier. Approved returns may be subject to restocking, freight, or handling fees.
