Estimated Delivery Timeline

Orders for in stock items typically ship and deliver within 2 weeks from the date the order is placed. Please note that delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier scheduling, regional access, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors beyond our control.

Heater Systems & Accessories

Sauna heater systems and accessories may ship securely packaged on top of the sauna crate at no additional cost. In some cases, heavier or more delicate heater systems may require a separate pallet, which could result in an additional freight charge.

About Your Delivery

Due to the size, weight, and handcrafted nature of this sauna, delivery is made by scheduled freight appointment and arrives on a wooden pallet. Delivery is curbside only, with the driver responsible for lowering the shipment to ground level.

Prior to shipment, we may contact you to confirm delivery details and review any site-specific conditions that could impact access or incur additional delivery fees. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and successful delivery experience.

Due to the size and handcrafted nature of our sauna rooms, all room sales are final and not eligible for return.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, we will work closely with you to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible. When feasible, replacement parts will be provided to avoid the need to return the entire room.

If all reasonable solutions have been exhausted and a return is deemed the only viable option, the request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by our supplier. Approved returns may be subject to restocking, freight, or handling fees.
