Flat Rate Freight (Flatbed Delivery):

$1,990 flat rate shipping within the contiguous United States
$2,490 flat rate shipping to Canada

This delivery method requires the customer to arrange off-loading using a forklift or crane. Please note that remote or complex delivery locations may not qualify for flat-rate pricing.

Sauna Heaters & Accessories:

Sauna heater systems and accessories ship separately, securely boxed and palletized for protection. A secondary pallet freight charge will apply.

About Your Delivery:

Due to its size and weight, this premium outdoor sauna is delivered by specialized flatbed truck and requires a scheduled delivery appointment. The sauna arrives fully crated on a wooden pallet for maximum protection. Off-loading and on-site placement require special equipment such as a forklift or crane. The freight carrier is responsible for delivery only and provides limited on-site assistance.

Prior to shipment, our team may reach out to review delivery logistics and confirm any special access considerations to help ensure a smooth and successful delivery.

Due to the size and handcrafted nature of our sauna rooms, all room sales are final and not eligible for return.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, we will work closely with you to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible. When feasible, replacement parts will be provided to avoid the need to return the entire room.

If all reasonable solutions have been exhausted and a return is deemed the only viable option, the request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by our supplier. Approved returns may be subject to restocking, freight, or handling fees.
