Complimentary Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on most Power Plate products within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and other remote locations. If additional freight charges are required, our team will contact you before your order is processed.

Delivery Timeframes

Most Power Plate orders are delivered within approximately 4 weeks, depending on product availability, inventory levels, and carrier scheduling. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping & Transit Responsibility

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment has been released to the freight carrier. While we carefully inspect every order before shipment, any damage incurred during transit should be reported promptly upon delivery and documented with the carrier. Our team is happy to assist you throughout the claims process to help ensure a timely resolution.

Eligible Power Plate products may be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date, provided they meet the conditions outlined in our Return Policy. All returns require prior authorization from our customer care team.

Refunds & Restocking Fees

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any applicable return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
