Because all Macy-Pan chambers are handmade and built to order, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed. All Macy-Pan product sales are considered final.

 

If your chamber arrives with a manufacturing defect or experiences an issue covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will coordinate support on your behalf. This may include remote troubleshooting, replacement parts, an exchange (if deemed necessary), or arranging a qualified technician to diagnose and resolve the issue in accordance with Macy-Pan’s warranty terms.

 

Our team is committed to ensuring your chamber operates safely and properly, and we will work closely with the manufacturer to provide prompt resolution should any covered issue arise.

If a quality issue related to materials or workmanship arises within the first year under normal and proper use:

• For minor, easy-to-resolve issues: We will ship replacement parts at no charge and provide step-by-step technical guidance to assist with installation.

• For more complex or major issues: We will provide a replacement chamber or machine component at no cost.

To streamline the process and minimize downtime, we simply request photos and/or video for evaluation—there is no need to return the original equipment.
