Integrated Air & Oxygen System

The HE5000 Club features an integrated all-in-one air and oxygen system that generates oxygen on demand at up to 20 L/min, eliminating the need to manage separate oxygen concentrators. For added comfort during longer sessions, the chamber includes a dedicated air cooler (HX-020) and pressurized indoor AC unit to help maintain a comfortable cabin environment.

If a quality issue related to materials or workmanship arises within the first year under normal and proper use:

• For minor, easy-to-resolve issues: We will ship replacement parts at no charge and provide step-by-step technical guidance to assist with installation.

• For more complex or major issues: We will provide a replacement chamber or machine component at no cost.

To streamline the process and minimize downtime, we simply request photos and/or video for evaluation—there is no need to return the original equipment.

The HE5000 Club typically arrives within 8-10 weeks from the date of purchase. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on manufacturing schedules, customs clearance, ocean freight, and other factors outside our control.

Once your chamber has shipped, we’ll provide the vessel information so you can track its journey to the U.S. After the shipment arrives and clears customs, you’ll receive domestic trucking tracking information. Once the chamber is assigned to a delivery truck, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule your delivery appointment.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery — Free
Your chamber will be delivered crated to your location. The customer is responsible for unloading the crate, uncrating the chamber, and moving it into the desired location. Our team can provide Zoom or FaceTime support to assist with the installation process.

White Glove Delivery — Available for an Additional Fee
Our White Glove service provides a complete, hands-off delivery experience. The delivery team will unload and uncrate the chamber, move it into position, assist with setup, provide operational guidance, and remove the packaging materials.

Tracking information will be provided at each stage of the journey as it becomes available, allowing you to monitor your shipment from departure through final delivery.

Because all Macy-Pan chambers are handmade and built to order, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed. All Macy-Pan product sales are considered final.

If your chamber arrives with a manufacturing defect or experiences an issue covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will coordinate support on your behalf. This may include remote troubleshooting, replacement parts, an exchange (if deemed necessary), or arranging a qualified technician to diagnose and resolve the issue in accordance with Macy-Pan’s warranty terms.
