5-Year Limited Residential Warranty

Dynamic Saunas, manufactured by Golden Designs, Inc., are backed by a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase.

For residential use, warranty coverage includes:

• Heating Elements & Electronics: 5 Years

• Wood Structure: 1 Year

For commercial use, heating elements and electronics are covered for 1 Year.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only, at the original installation location, and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase (sales receipt with purchase date) is required for all warranty claims.

Indoor Use Requirement

This sauna is designed for indoor use only.

Installation outdoors — or exposure to rain, snow, direct sunlight, wind, moisture, or extreme temperatures — will void the warranty. Any damage caused by outdoor exposure is not covered.

Modifications to the sauna or its components will also void this warranty.

Coverage Details

This limited warranty applies to products manufactured or distributed by Golden Designs, Inc. under the Dynamic brand name and delivered within the continental United States or Canada.

Covered items must:

• Remain at the original installation site

• Retain an intact serial number

• Show no signs of alteration, erasure, or tampering

The warranty covers replacement parts only and does not include labor, shipping, or installation costs.

Any defective parts must be returned to Golden Designs, Inc. for warranty service. The customer is responsible for:

• Prepaid shipping charges

• Export taxes or customs duties (if applicable)

• Insurance for returned parts

All replacement parts or exchanged products become the property of Golden Designs, Inc.

Manufacturer-Supplied Components

Certain components (such as audio systems or related electronics) may carry additional manufacturer warranties. Golden Designs, Inc. reserves the right to substitute equivalent parts or manufacturers when fulfilling warranty claims.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from:

• Negligence, misuse, or abuse

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Improper installation

• Outdoor placement

• Use of paints or lacquers

• Placement on non-approved surfaces

• Normal wear and tear

• Use not in accordance with product instructions

• Electrical issues such as worn or improper receptacles

Natural Wood Characteristics

Minor surface cracks or small separations in the wood are not considered defects. Wood naturally expands and contracts in a sauna environment due to heat and humidity. This is a normal characteristic of kiln-dried wood and does not affect performance or safety.

Complimentary Freight Delivery with Damage Protection

We are pleased to offer complimentary curbside freight delivery within the 48 contiguous United States, along with free delivery damage insurance for added peace of mind.

What to Expect

Your sauna will ship via professional freight carrier. Once your order arrives at your local terminal, the carrier will contact you 24–48 hours in advance to schedule delivery. Deliveries are made Monday–Friday within a 4-hour delivery window.

Please note: The carrier must speak with you directly to schedule delivery. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, transit conditions, or carrier scheduling availability.

Delivery Process

• Your sauna will ship in one or more boxes, depending on the model.

• All boxes are securely strapped to a pallet.

• Delivery is made via a 53-foot freight truck with a single driver.

• The driver will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only.

If you have delivery considerations such as:

• Long or steep driveways

• Gated access

• Low-hanging trees

• Remote locations

• Apartment complexes

• Stairs or access limitations

Please contact us prior to shipment so we can ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Upon Delivery

Once your sauna has been unloaded:

1. Inspect the exterior of all boxes immediately.

2. Note any visible damage (scratches, dents, scuffs, punctures) on the delivery receipt before signing.

3. You do not need to open the boxes at delivery — only inspect the packaging.

Documenting visible damage ensures your shipment remains fully protected under the included delivery insurance.

Placement & Preparation

Freight delivery includes placement at your curbside, driveway, carport, or first-floor entry point only. The driver does not bring the sauna inside the home.

Before ordering, we recommend confirming:

• Box dimensions will fit through doorways and hallways

• The installation area is prepared in advance

Easy Assembly

Dynamic Saunas feature a clasp-together panel system designed for straightforward assembly. Most models can be assembled in approximately 30–45 minutes, depending on the unit. Detailed instructions are included with your sauna.

We want you to love your Dynamic Sauna. Please inspect your delivery for any visible damage and note it on the receipt. If anything arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos — we’ll handle the claim and work with you to repair, replace, or provide a refund.

All saunas can be returned within 30 days if they’re in new condition with original packaging and parts. Returns require an RMA number, which we provide — simply email us at info@elitecorehealth.com to get one.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, transaction fees, and a possible 25% restocking fee if the product isn’t in resale-ready condition.
