Processing Time

Delivery Timeframes
Due to the size and specialized handling of Dreampod systems, shipping typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

Freight Delivery (Large Items)
Dreampod units ship via professional freight carriers to ensure safe delivery. Please note:

• Delivery is curbside (carrier will not move the unit inside)
• Someone must be available to receive and sign for the shipment
• The carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the specific unit ordered. All shipments are fully insured for your protection.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the unit must be:

• In unused, like-new condition
• Returned in its original packaging with all included components

Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved in advance. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@elitecorehealth.com with your order details. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Restocking
Due to the size and specialized handling of Dreampod units:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• A restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned unit

Our team will provide full instructions to ensure a smooth return process.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to repair, replace, or resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Conditions
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on units that have been:

• Used with water, salt, or any liquids
• Modified or altered in any way

Refund Processing

Order Cancellations
