Freight Delivery (Large Items)
Dreampod units ship via professional freight carriers to ensure safe delivery. Please note:

• Delivery is curbside (carrier will not move the unit inside)
• Someone must be available to receive and sign for the shipment

Shipping Costs

30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the unit must be:

• In unused, like-new condition
• Returned in its original packaging with all included components

Return Authorization Required

Return Shipping & Restocking
Due to the size and specialized handling of Dreampod units:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• A restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned unit

Damaged or Defective Items
