Unlock unlimited strength and functional training possibilities with a compact commercial-grade functional trainer built for total-body performance.

The Body-Solid GFT100 Functional Trainer delivers exceptional versatility, smooth performance, and commercial-grade durability in a compact, space-saving design. Whether you're building a home gym, outfitting a garage gym, or equipping a professional fitness facility, the GFT100 provides nearly limitless exercise options for users of all fitness levels.

Built with a dual weight stack system, the GFT100 allows for true unilateral and bilateral training, helping improve strength, balance, coordination, and muscular symmetry. Its 2:1 pulley ratio provides smooth resistance with smaller weight increments, making it ideal for both rehabilitation and advanced strength training.

The fully adjustable, swiveling pulleys create unrestricted movement patterns that closely mimic natural body mechanics, allowing users to perform hundreds of functional exercises including presses, rows, flys, curls, squats, lunges, wood chops, triceps extensions, core movements, and more. An integrated multi-grip chin-up bar further expands workout possibilities with pull-ups, chin-ups, hanging leg raises, and bodyweight exercises.

Constructed from heavy-duty 11-gauge 2" x 3" steel with a durable black powder-coated finish, the GFT100 is built to withstand years of demanding use while maintaining a clean, modern appearance. Its compact footprint maximizes valuable floor space without sacrificing exercise variety, making it an excellent choice for both residential and commercial environments.

The GFT100 includes a complete set of training attachments and a convenient accessory rack to keep your workout area organized and ready for every session.
