BodySolid Endurance R300 Indoor Rower

Experience a powerful full-body workout with a commercial-grade rowing machine that delivers smooth, low-impact cardio and exceptional durability.

The Endurance by Body-Solid R300 Indoor Rower combines high-performance cardiovascular training with full-body strength engagement, making it an excellent choice for home gyms, commercial fitness centers, functional training facilities, and group exercise environments. Designed to provide an efficient, low-impact workout, the R300 helps users improve cardiovascular endurance while strengthening multiple muscle groups in a single fluid motion.

Every rowing stroke activates the legs, core, back, shoulders, and arms, engaging the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, abdominals, obliques, lats, biceps, triceps, and hip flexors for a comprehensive total-body workout. The user-controlled air resistance system automatically responds to rowing intensity, delivering a smooth and natural rowing experience that adapts to every fitness level.

Unlike traditional rowers that require electrical power, the R300 is completely self-generating, producing power only while in use. This energy-efficient design allows the rower to be placed virtually anywhere without the need for outlets, making it ideal for both residential and commercial facilities.

A precision-engineered flywheel minimizes operating noise while the heavy-duty nickel-plated chain provides long-lasting durability for years of consistent performance. Ergonomic handlebars, adjustable footrests, and an integrated device holder further enhance comfort and convenience, allowing users to stay focused throughout every workout.

The easy-to-read performance console tracks key workout metrics and includes eight built-in training programs to help users stay motivated and reach their fitness goals.
