1. Free Shipping Details

• Free standard shipping is available to the United States.

• We also offer free shipping to Canada, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico.

• Orders are processed as quickly as possible, with tracking information sent within 1 business day.

• Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time are processed the same day.

2. Processing, Transit & Damages

• Estimated shipping times are 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Times may vary due to unforeseen carrier delays. All orders ship via FedEx Express unless otherwise specified.

• Any damaged or missing parts will be replaced free of charge.

• Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already shipped, rerouting costs may apply.

3. Shipping Methods

• Standard shipping is via FedEx or UPS.

• Orders over 200 lbs may ship via freight carriers such as DF Young or ESTES.

4. Order Tracking

• Tracking information will be emailed or sent via SMS within 1–3 business days of processing.

• You will receive a link to track your order 24/7.

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase without any cancellation or restocking fees.

6. Damaged Orders

• If your order is damaged during delivery, please take photos of all damaged parts. Replacement parts will be shipped free of charge.

• For freight shipments, note damages on the signed delivery paperwork and email images to us immediately so we can file a claim on your behalf.

Airvida products have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with no signs of any setup. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (Order number or first/ last name)
