Warranty Details

Kyota massage chairs are engineered and tested to deliver years of reliable performance. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Should a covered issue arise during the warranty period, Kyota will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective components. If a replacement product is provided, it will be of equal or comparable value. Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

In-home service is available throughout most major metropolitan areas in Canada and the United States. Service in rural or remote areas may require additional scheduling time and is subject to technician availability.

Your massage chair will be delivered via freight carrier to the nearest accessible location outside your home, such as a driveway, garage, carport, or first-floor entrance. The carrier is not responsible for bringing the chair inside your residence.

Please review the product's packaged dimensions prior to ordering to ensure the shipment can be safely moved into your home. Assembly is required and typically takes between 30 and 90 minutes, depending on the model.

Threshold Delivery

Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 Business Days

Threshold Delivery provides an added level of convenience by bringing your massage chair inside your home.

The freight carrier will place the packaged chair just inside your ground-floor entrance. This service does not include assembly, unpacking, room placement, or delivery up stairs.

Please review the packaged dimensions to ensure the chair can fit through all entryways and hallways. Assembly is required and typically takes between 30 and 90 minutes, depending on the model.

White Glove Delivery & Assembly

Estimated Delivery Time: 10–16 Business Days

For the most convenient experience, choose our White Glove Delivery & Assembly service.

Your massage chair will first be shipped to a local White Glove delivery facility. Once received, the delivery team will contact you directly to schedule a convenient installation appointment.

A professional two-person delivery team will:

• Deliver the chair to your room of choice

• Transport the chair up to two flights of stairs, where accessible

• Unpack and assemble the chair

• Position and test the chair

• Remove and dispose of all packaging materials

Please note that White Glove teams are professional furniture delivery and installation specialists. While they are experienced in assembling large furniture products, they may not be specifically trained on every massage chair model.

For locations with unique access requirements, multiple staircases, or other delivery challenges, please contact us before placing your order so we can help ensure a successful delivery.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide your massage chair is not the right fit, the following return and exchange guidelines apply:

Returns

• Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

• All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any freight, transportation, or logistics fees associated with returning the product.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging, or a reasonable approximation thereof, and in resellable condition, subject to manufacturer inspection and approval.

• If removal, disassembly, or repackaging services are required, the customer is responsible for a $399 service fee.

• Original White Glove Delivery and threshold delivery charges are non-refundable.

• Any extended warranty purchased with the chair will be refunded if the product is returned within the 30-day return period.

• Refunds will be processed within approximately one week after the returned product is received and inspected at the manufacturer's facility.

Exchanges

• Exchanges for a different model are permitted within 30 days of purchase and are subject to the same return policies, fees, and shipping charges outlined above.

• The customer is responsible for any price difference between the original product and the replacement product, as well as any applicable shipping, handling, or service fees.
